The Benefits of jogging

     It"s been a long time since I jog. I missed jogging since I transferred here in Manila. When I was still in Isabela, my day is not complete if i dont jog especially in the morning. But what i really like about jogging is it makes you more active. I have a habit of listening to music while jogging. I would have a list of music to be played because jogging is like dancing. I follow  the rhythm of the music the faster the music the faster i jog so most often i would play music that is not too fast otherwise i will be running.
     Drinking lots of water has its own benefit. So I make sure that  i drink lots of water after jogging. Sometimes I like to drink more than 8 glasses because i feel that i am not having enough water in my body. I also remember that when i was still jogging often I am more energetic and joyful, I read somewhere that when you exercise you get stress relief giving you a more joyful thought. As many of us know, stress is one of the major cause of diseases.
    Maybe if one gets to exercise, drink lots of water and eat a proper diet we can prevent having diseases. After all prevention is better than cure. Aside from that medicine is very expensive now a days. Maybe living healthy is much better than having lots of money to buy medicine. 
     I also found out that exercising, jogging for example has many benefits.
·         help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise.
·         strengthen muscles.
·         improve cardiovascular fitness.
·         burn plenty of kilojoules.
·         help maintain a healthy weight
