I TRIED THIS BOWL OF NOODLES IN CHINA AIRPORT AND IT IS REALLY DELICIOUS!

     COOKING THIS NOODLES IS VERY EASY. I USE BEEF BONES AND BEEF MEET TO MAKE THE SOUP. FIRST IS TO SLOW COOK THE BEEF AND  PUT THE BEEF BONES ALSO BECAUSE IT ADD FLAVOR FOR THE SOUP. WHEN THE MEAT IS TENDER SET ASIDE THE MEAT AND CONTINUE BOILING THE SOUP. PUT STAR ANISE, PEPPER, SALT OR FISH SAUCE AND ADD BEEF CUBES. FOR BETTER TASTE PUT OYSTER SAUCE TO THE SOUP STOCK. ADD ONION,GARLIC AND GINGER. CHOP ONION LEAVES AND POUR THE SOUP TO THE NOODLES ADD A CUT OF BEEF AND ADD ONION LEAVES. EASY. ENJOY THE NOODLES…..
